Hosting

The site and its data are hosted on a server located in Switzerland.

Contact form

First name, last name, e-mail address, reason for contact and, if you provide them, company, telephone number and project description. This data is used only to reply to you. It is stored on our server and forwarded by e-mail to our inbox, via our e-mail provider.

Automated advisor

The advisor is optional. The messages you enter, along with recent conversation history, are sent to an AI provider via OpenRouter to generate the reply. These providers may process data outside Switzerland. Do not enter sensitive data. If the provider is unavailable, pre-written answers are used.

Phone receptionist (Ana)

Calls to +41 31 539 40 88 are answered by Ana, a receptionist based on artificial intelligence. She says so at the start of the call.

Data processed

Your phone number, what you say during the call (converted to text) and the information you give: name, company, e-mail address, reason for calling, appointment request.

No audio recording

Your voice is not recorded. Only the written transcript of the call is kept.

Purpose

To answer your call, note your request, offer you an appointment and call you back. A summary of the call is sent to us by e-mail; an agreed appointment is entered in our calendar.

Recognition

We remember your name and number to recognise you on your next call. You can ask at any time for this data to be deleted.

Service providers

Telephony runs through Twilio, transcription and Ana’s voice through ElevenLabs, and answers are written by an AI model via OpenRouter. These providers may process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the United States. Ana’s server, e-mail and calendar are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland.

Transfer

If needed, the call can be transferred to a person at VELLORNE.

Please do not share sensitive data (health, bank details, passwords) during the call.

Translation

The site’s texts may be translated automatically by the same AI provider, then cached on our server. Only the site’s public texts are affected.

Estimator

The indicative budget is calculated using fixed rules, without any identity data.

Client account

If you create an account: first name, last name, e-mail address, preferred language, password stored in a securely derived form, and the history of related requests. The session uses a cookie that is strictly necessary for authentication.

Audience measurement

We measure site traffic to learn which pages are useful and how enquiries reach us. Measurement runs on our own server in Switzerland, with no third-party service, no cookies and no identifier stored on your device.

What is measured

Pages viewed, language, active time on the page, entry and exit pages, referring site or campaign (domain and UTM parameters), device type, browser and operating system, probable country inferred from the time zone (not a location), and a few actions: clicks on calls to action, use of the estimator, the adviser or the demonstrations, and sending an enquiry.

What is not measured

IP address (never stored), the content of forms and of questions to the adviser, geographic location, any persistent identifier: your visits on different days cannot be linked together.

How

To group the pages viewed during one visit, the server computes a fingerprint from the IP address, the browser and a random key that changes every day and is never stored. The IP address is used only for this calculation and is not kept.

Requests

When an enquiry is sent, measurement only records that an enquiry took place. The form data stays separate and is not linked to the statistics.

Access

The statistics can only be viewed by the VELLORNE administrator, in aggregate form.

You can refuse measurement: if your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, no measurement takes place. You can also switch off measurement in this browser; this choice is stored locally, only so that it can be respected.

You can request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, by e-mail or via the contact form. If the GDPR applies to your situation, additional rights may apply. Requests are handled after reasonable verification of identity.
