Rules and code
When the rules are clear, a classic program is more reliable, faster and cheaper. It is often the right answer.
Automation with AI
A freely written e-mail, a PDF that is different every time, a request worded in its own way: where classic rules are no longer enough, AI reads the text, understands what is being asked and prepares the work in your tools. A person approves the important actions.
What AI does well
When every message is written differently, a fixed rule is not enough. That is where AI is genuinely useful.
E-mails, requests, tickets: it recognises what they are about, whether they are urgent, which customer is concerned and who should receive them. If it hesitates, it flags it.
Invoices, purchase orders, forms, contracts: the useful information is transferred into your tools, ready to be checked.
It searches your documents and shows where the answer comes from. If nothing matches, it says so.
A reply, a quote or an update is prepared, ready to be approved by a person.
AI agents
An AI agent is an assistant entrusted with a few well-defined tasks: searching documents, using some of your tools, proposing an action. It only does what you have authorised.
Guardrails
Letting AI act in your tools means giving it real power. These rules are not optional.
With or without AI
When the rules are clear, a classic program is more reliable, faster and cheaper. It is often the right answer.
When your data allows it: a powerful AI, with no server to manage on your side, under the terms of the chosen provider.
When your data must not leave the company: the AI is installed on infrastructure you control.
Frequently asked questions
Classic automation follows fixed rules: if this, then that. An AI agent understands a freely written request, looks for the useful information and proposes an action suited to the case. It adds flexibility, but needs more safeguards.
No. Actions with consequences, such as sending something to a customer, a financial change or deleting data, are always approved by a person.
It only has access to the documents and tools it needs, it must cite its sources and its results are checked automatically. Sensitive actions remain approved by a person, and if the AI is not sure, it hands over.
We never train any AI with your data without your explicit consent. If we use an external service, we check what it does with the data and present it to you before any choice. If that does not suit you, the AI can be installed on your premises.
