Before automating.
How much does a project cost?
Every project is quoted individually, after a first no-obligation conversation. The budget depends on the number of integrations, volume, criticality, security requirements and the operations you need. Larger projects are quoted after an analysis phase.
Is it compatible with our ERP or CRM?
Often, yes, if the tool exposes an API, exports, a database or another reliable integration point. We check this during the analysis, before any commitment.
What happens if the AI makes a mistake?
Sensitive steps remain deterministic or subject to human approval. Each extraction carries a confidence level; below the agreed threshold, the case is passed to a person. AI is never given full permissions.
Can we start small?
Yes, and it is often the best approach: one targeted flow, measured under real conditions, before expanding.
Who owns the delivered system?
Rules, configurations, custom developments and documentation are handed over under the terms of the contract. Licences for third-party components remain subject to their own terms.
