Operations & maintenance

A system supported over time.

An automation is not finished on the day it goes live. Data changes, software is updated, volumes grow. We monitor, maintain and improve the systems we deliver.

What operations include

Monitor, back up, fix, improve.

01

Monitoring

Service availability, queues, processing times and error rates are monitored continuously.

02

Alerts

An error, a delay or a silent failure triggers an alert to the right person.

03

Backups

Encrypted, scheduled backups, with regular restore tests.

04

Updates

Security patches, dependencies, models and components kept up to date, after testing.

05

Corrective maintenance

Fixing defects found within the delivered scope.

06

Improvements

Rules adjusted, new cases handled, minor adjustments based on what real use reveals.

Incidents

When something does not work.

The question is not whether an incident will happen, but how it is detected, contained and resolved.

  1. 01

    Detection

Through monitoring and alerts, or a report from your team.

  2. 02

    Containment

The affected flow can be suspended without loss: pending items are kept.

  3. 03

    Diagnosis

The logs make it possible to trace the origin, the data concerned and the actions already carried out.

  4. 04

    Fix and resumption

The fix is tested, then pending processing resumes, without duplicates.

  5. 05

    Incident report

What happened, the impact, the fix and the measures taken to prevent it from happening again.

Frequently asked questions

Operations.

Can we operate the system ourselves?

Yes. Operations documentation (procedures, backups, incident recovery) is delivered with the system, and a knowledge transfer is planned.

Where is the system hosted?

Depending on the project: on your infrastructure, in a private cloud or on a server we administer. The location of the data is specified in writing.

Will you take over a system you did not build?

Only after an audit: we need to understand how it works, its code and its risks. We do not take on the operation of a system we cannot control.

Is the operations contract mandatory?

No. It is recommended for critical processes, but you remain free to operate the system yourselves.
